Effect of Incentives on Worker Productivity
At BOBALab, I investigated how different sequences of incentives drive changes in worker productivity and inherent behavior. This summer, we aim to continue analyzing such effects, seeing if specific sequences or types of incentives lead to different changes in worker productivity and actions. By characterizing and analyzing driver behavior, this project aims to develop data-driven insights into the inherent behavior of workers within platform-based economies.
